    Dear Readers,

As all of you likely know, Sen. Ted Kennedy died today. What did not die, I hope, were his dreams for universal health care in this country.

You can read my obituary of Kennedy at www.obit-mag.com

And you can ensure your own future and the future of this country’s children by writing your representatives and telling them how you feel about the current state of America’s health care.

    Thank you

    Judy

I couldn’t agree with you more. If the Obama Administration names the health care proposal so it is clearly Ted Kennedy’s legacy, it may change the tenor of the debate (And if John McCaine has the guts to rise to the level of a statesman in this instance it would be especially wonderful.)
Even in death Ted Kennewdy could prove to be the “lion of the Senate”, and in many ways do more for the American people than either of his brothers.
