    Ovarian Cancer: Do We Tell the Child?

    Dear Judy,
    My brother’s wife died of ovarian cancer 5 days ago. Their son is 3 1/2 years old. My brother’s mother-in-law has advised my brother not to tell the kid about the loss.

    Am I Shirking Responsibility?

    My father, who is a widower, is dying of cancer of the pancreas, and isn’t expected to last long. The problem is: me.
